About Me
Before Connect Your Tools, I spent two decades managing digital systems for major national brands. Here's the path that led here — and why it matters for your business.
I spent over 20 years managing digital products for major national brands — automotive, grocery, banking, and telecom — systems worth millions in revenue, serving millions of visitors a month. My job was making sure complicated things worked: coordinating teams, catching problems before they became disasters, and translating between business owners and the people building the tech.
I started as a designer, then moved into development and project leadership before landing in technical program management. That path matters — it means I don't just know automation tools, I know how a business's people, processes, and systems all have to work together.
Connect Your Tools exists because I saw a gap: small businesses need the same discipline that big companies pay agencies a fortune for — just without the price tag, the bloated team, or the six-month timeline. Someone who can look at your business, find where it's actually breaking down, and fix that. Not sell you a platform.
That's what 20 years of doing this at scale taught me. Now I do it for the businesses that need it most.
