Recent Work
Some projects come with a clear before-and-after. Others are simpler builds — a new site, a cleaner workflow. Here's a look at both.
A nonprofit offering fitness and martial arts classes for individuals with special needs and disabilities in Clawson, MI — a full site rebuild that finally tells their story, plus a connected system for intake, registration, and donations.
Team GUTS had an outdated site with no real homepage, and it didn't tell their story — why they exist, who they serve, or the impact they were having. On the operations side, they had the pieces to run their program, but they were stitched together through a third-party intake platform costing them over $1,700 a year. Volunteers still struggled to get simple things like class rosters without digging through multiple systems, and donors had no clear picture of how to give or where the money went.
Team GUTS now has a site that actually tells their story and makes it easy for families to register and for donors to give — including recurring gifts and fee-covering options that mean more of each donation goes to the program. On the operations side, replacing their old intake platform with a connected Jotform + Stripe setup cut annual tooling cost from over $1,700/year to just over $300/year, while giving staff and volunteers a system that's actually easy to use.
"It's a classic case of an organization having the right tools, but not the connections between them to make those tools work together."
More Projects
Built a new website from scratch for a real estate agent who also handles boat sales, along with a mobile-friendly lead capture form he can use on the spot when meeting prospects in person. Both the site's contact form and the mobile capture form feed into a lightweight Notion CRM, giving him one place to track buyer, seller, and boat-sale leads.
Modernized an existing Squarespace site for a mental health practice — refreshed design and updated content for a faster, cleaner visitor experience, without disrupting the booking and intake tools already working for them.
